Job description

As our Senior B2B Marketer, your core task is to present our brands Homedeal and Moving24 proposition to win new customers to all-in-one online marketing solutions to grow our online reputation & client base. You will have a significant contribution to the growth and retention of our international customer base of our international brands, on which millions of transactions take place every year in 17 countries across the globe.

You are responsible for taking our B2B marketing strategy to the next level. You will be leading the acquisition of tradesmen and movers (the supply side of the marketplace) by creating clear and compelling communication that will attract, engage and retain customers. By running marketing experiments for the Dutch market, you will learn which strategies & tactics work the best. You will scale these proven concepts across our international platform in close cooperation with our Product, Sales & Customer Success, IT and Performance Marketing teams. This will result in an uniform, consistent brand experience across all touchpoints. In this role you will report to our Manager Product & Marketing.


Ask you to

Attract new tradesmen and movers to join our marketplaces (free trial)

Create customer journeys, touchpoints and stories to grow product adoption

Develop marketing campaigns across the B2B journey

Lead CRM development and marketing automation (Hubspot)

Set up in-field partnerships with other B2B brands to drive growth

Publish relevant content (news, research) to engage tradesmen and movers

Tailor B2B content to attract different sizes of B2B customers

Collaborate in squads (cross functional teams)

Give you

Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media or Communication

6-10 years of experience in a similar B2B marketing and/or marketing communication role in an international digital environment

Excellent Dutch language skills in both oral and written

Great English language skills in both oral and written

Experience in a start up and/or scale up organisation

Excellent storytelling and content writing skills

Knowledge of Hubspot or similar system

Good understanding of online marketplace business

Great communicator with a growth mindset

Comfortable with being visible across the organisation

Talent to lead cross-functional teams

Data driven approach to decision making

Excellent team player and a great communicator with a growth mindset
