Job description

As our Acquisition B2B Marketer, you will be responsible for the acquisition and engagement programs of customers for our brands Moving24 and Homedeal. Your core task is to present our products to potential customers so that they know about us, like to try our service and convert into paying customers. By experimenting, validating en scaling, you will learn which acquisition strategies and tactics work best for us. You will implement these proven concepts across our brands and make a major business impact. This will result in an awesome customer acquisition/ onboarding experience throughout our brands, nationally and internationally.

In this role you will work closely together with our Senior B2B Marketer, and participate in different cross-functional squads. Supported by OKRs, KPIs and dashboards, you will work together with & report to Luís Verbakel, our CEO & Manager Product & Marketing.


Ask you to

Develop and execute a sustainable and scalable marketing strategy

Attract new tradesmen and movers to join our marketplaces (free trial)

Create customer journeys, touchpoints and stories

Promote free trial members to sign up for a paid account

Develop lifecycle based targeted marketing campaigns to acquire, activate and retain clients through CRM & marketing automation tools (e.g. Hubspot)

Build and develop newsworthy brand content

Develop messaging in-line with newly delivered products and strategies

Collaborate in cross functional squads

Partner closely with our Senior B2B Marketer

Bachelor or Master’s Degree in (International) Marketing, Business Economics, Digital Media or (Digital) Communication

4+ years of experience in an allround (B2B) marketing and/or acquisition marketing role in an international digital environment

Excellent Dutch and English language skills in both oral and written

Experience with online busines models suchs as SAAS business / Online marketplaces / Lead generation / Listings

Experience with Hubspot (or similar marketing automation software system) is a big plus

Passion for solving problems creatively: starting small, failing fast and scaling successfully

Experience in a start up and/or scale up organisation

Talent to work and lead cross-functionally

A friendly, positive minded person who is eager to build his/her legacy in a scale up organisation

Data driven approach to decision making

Comfortable with being visible across the organisation

Excellent team player and a great communicator with a growth mindset
