Job description

As Product Owner you will develop innovative solutions to contribute to the mission of our Moving24 brand “Helping people move home, everywhere”. You will be responsible for the development of the Moving24 product strategy so that every day more movers and homeowners are raving about their experience.

Ask you to

Design and align a product vision for Moving24 and related move brands

Ship valuable products to accomplish the Moving24 mission

Grow and improve the performance of product KPIs, C-sat, ARPU (Average Revenue per User) and Liquidity

Find new opportunities based on user data, industry benchmarks & C-interviews

Set up and manage the OKR setting, squads and the roadmap to maintain product flow

Create clear epics, features and user stories to help IT work effectively

Align with the commercial chain to see if products are introduced as intended

Maximise impact based on the principles of “experiment - validate - scale”

Set clear product release schedules

Present product plans and achievements through inspirational presentations

Share your Product enthusiasm with everyone to energise and inspire

Identify, evaluate and maintain good relationships with stakeholders

Be one of the public faces for Moving24 brand during external events where marketing/sales are promoting our brand

Give constructive feedback on product related queries being the product expert for the Moving24 brand

Celebrate successes and sharing these with internal and external stakeholders

Set up and lead squad teams in order to guarantee a good collaboration for product releases based on each individuals’ skills and competencies that will complement each other

Activate and involve Sales & Customer Success, Marketing, UX Design and the IT team

Present results and challenges to your team lead and the business unit as a whole, to keep the team informed about product progress of the Moving24 marketplace.

Bachelor or master's degree in business or related education

5 to 8 years experience in product development or product marketing

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English

Collaborate effectively, energise people and create change

Enthusiastic about digital innovation that can help our business grow

Knowledge of or experience in working with online “agile” workflows

Great eye for detail, with the big picture in mind

Comfortable with being visible across the organisation

Taking the lead, share your vision and setting clear goals

Ability to place yourself in the different stakeholders’ shoes

Customer focussed, as our goal is to create happy clients

A good common sense for working on and solving the right problem

Identify with our guiding values
