As a Lead Growth Marketer Moving24 your main goal is to grow our Moving24 brand based on the current traction we enjoy. We are looking for a bright individual, who can bring innovative new ideas as to how to continually grow and develop both sides of our two-sided marketplace, both through new and existing channels. Ask you to

Monitor, analyse and adjust marketing efforts keeping your end results in mind: NPS, Conversions, Retentions, New (Large) Clients,

Create a fluid international marketing strategy aligned with the Moving24 Brand

Conduct market research to identify business opportunities

Implement marketing solutions to grow within and outside our current territory, using both digital and traditional channels (event/conference attendance, strategic partnerships and memberships, whitepapers, client visits, Google Ads, Social Media, etc.)

Plan, design and run campaigns to reach a diversified audience (domestic and international moving companies/small and large businesses)

Lead go-to-market strategies to attain global expansion

Increase brand awareness globally

Monitor progress by creating reports in Tableau

Lead and participate in multifunctional squads to solve customers’ issues

Identify needed team skills and co-hire talent to grow output

Coach and develop junior & medior talent as you grow the Moving24 marketing function

5+ Experience in General and growth Marketing in a start-up/scale-up environment

Proven experience in managing and executing marketing strategy

Track record in executing marketing channel strategies and advertising

Experience of developing and delivering successful direct marketing campaigns

Passion for solving problems creatively; experiment, validate & scale

Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills

Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

Strong agile and project management skills to create a structured platform

Ability to think both creatively and analytically to deliver compelling strategic initiatives

Data driven and customer centric approach to decision making

Experience in using Hubspot & Tableau is preferred

Talent to work and lead cross-functionally

Comfortable with being visible across the organisation

A charismatic person who brings positive energy to the collaboration
