As a Lead Growth Marketer Homedeal your main goal is to grow our Homedeal brand based on the current traction we enjoy. We are looking for a bright individual, who can bring innovative new ideas as to how to continually grow and develop both sides of our two-sided marketplace, both through new and existing channels. Ask you to

Own the Tradesmen/Homeowner KPI’s; Usage, Free trials, Conversions, NPS, retention

Experiment new online/offline marketing channels to grow traffic & demand

Improve a-z funnel performance through A/B experiments

Lead onboarding & retention strategies across our categories

Identify scaleable insights and initiatives for our international platform

Co-create weekly & monthly performance reports with Tableau

Develop strategic partnerships with external companies & agencies

Scale workable solutions throughout our Homedeal platform

Work closely with the team and business owner to stay aligned

Partner with two Fellow Senior Growth Marketers to accelerate learnings

Lead and participate in multifunctional project squads to fix customer problems

Identify newly needed team skills and co-hire talent to grow output

Coach and develop junior & medior talent as you grow the Homedeal marketing function

Your

Fundamentals

7+ years of experience in general and growth Marketing, preferably in a start-up/scale-up environment

Proven experience in managing and executing marketing strategy

Track record in executing marketing channel strategies and advertising

Experience of developing and delivering successful direct marketing campaigns

Passion for solving problems creatively; experiment, validate & scale

Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills

Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

Strong agile and project management skills to create a structured platform

Ability to think both creatively and analytically to deliver compelling strategic initiatives

Data driven and customer centric approach to decision making

Experience in using Hubspot & Tableau is preferred

Talent to work and lead cross-functionally

Comfortable with being visible across the organisation

A charismatic person who brings positive energy to the collaboration
