Looking for an exciting internship for at least 20 weeks for 32 hours per week? Are you customer oriented and eager to learn
more about account management, sales & customer success and online marketplaces? Do you have excellent verbal and
written communication skills in English? Then you will love to become our Intern Account Management English markets
as part of our Sales & Customer Success team.


As the Intern Account Management English markets, you will support the account managers in their daily activities. Your work will evolve around free trials, administrative work such as verifying new clients, work related to reclaims and otherwise sending emails and making/taking calls related to clients and free trial members. In addition, you will maintain and update customer information in our CRM system.

We understand the importance of your study. Therefore, we offer you excellent guidance and weekly opportunities to ask questions for your project or thesis.

Ask you to

Handle customer website portfolios

Onboard and nurture Free Trial members: call the companies through the trial to make sure they are set up optimally and to promote our service

Manage active clients: make/take calls and respond to/send emails related to clients, such as account changes, optimizations and general incoming queries

Verify and onboard Free trial members

Do background checks on potential Free Trial members

Go through documentation and IDs sent to us by the Free Trial members

Process returned leads

Make sure the returned leads are processed in a timely manner throughout our websites.

Support the team English markets where it is needed on a weekly basis

Doing research and writing a thesis about a component of our business

3rd or 4th year HBO student, studying Business Administration, Commercial Economics or Media Communication

Excellent English language skills both verbal and written

Comfortable with and enjoys talking on the phone

People oriented, flexible and thrives in a busy environment

Team player with a commercial mindset and eye for detail

Persistent, proactive and a “can do”-mentality

Planning and organisational skills

Internship allowance of € 400 gross per month

2 holidays per month
