Weddingspaces is part of the Skydreams family. Weddingspaces (launched May 2021), facilitates the search of a wedding venue in the Netherlands and beyond. Our growing network of venues enables couples to have the smoothest user experience when searching for their dream location. While giving venues across the country the opportunity to showcase their business and connect to these couples.

Our mission is to give couples access to every wedding venue in the world”. And encourage couples to — regardless of style, culture, sexual orientation, scale or budget — dream, imagine, and find the place where they’ll celebrate their dream wedding in their most desired venue.

What will you do?

Co-create a sales vision and replicable sales model for Weddingspaces

Successfully build and manage a sales pipeline from start to finish

Influence and educate prospective clients about Weddingspaces, our benefits and the success that they can expect as a member of our platform

Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients with the right tone of voice while staying true to our brand

Represent a brand that resonates with an inclusive and diverse wedding industry

Understand customer needs and collaborates internally to smoothen up the customer experience throughout their entire journey, by simplification and automation

Keep track of all your interactions to recognize opportunities, gather customer data and valuable market insights that can help Weddingspaces grow

Collaborate in a cross functional squad and also work independently to reach our targets

Who are you?

Bachelor's degree in communication, international relations or a related field. Master’s degree in sales, communication, international relations or a related field is a plus;

Proven 6-10 years of relevant experience in sales and business development, account management, business development or a similar role. Preferably in the wedding industry and/or classified ads/marketplaces;

You’re a strategic thinker, have great analytical skills and you know how to build and execute a sales strategy from scratch;

You have great consultative selling, problem-solving and organizational skills;

Able to communicate and collaborate at an professional level in a fast growing business;

You have good communication and writing skills in both Dutch and English;

You are a team player who can work independently, prioritize well and has a creative mindset;

Dutch (native) speaking and residing in The Netherlands;

Persistent, highly motivated, proactive and a positive attitude;

You dare to challenge the status quo and know that there’s no such thing as failure if you learn from it;

You like to win together!

About the application procedure

The full application procedure consists of three interviews of approximately 45 minutes. During these interviews we try to get to know your personality and ambition. We will also check the cultural match between you and Skydreams. If we think you are a perfect candidate we will make you an offer you can’t refuse!
